1 1/2 cups of white beans (300g)
1/4 cup of olive oil (60ml)
2 medium onions (200g), chopped
4 cloves of garlic, minced
6 medium tomatoes (720g), chopped
3 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon of salt or to taste
Paprika sauce to taste
1 kg of fresh tuna, cut into 2cm cubes

In a large pot, cook the white beans in 8 cups of water (1.9l), over low heat, with the lid on, until they are tender but still firm
Drain and reserve
In a medium pot with olive oil, combine all the ingredients except the tuna, and cook over high heat until the tomatoes become tender (about 10 minutes)
Add the tuna and stir-fry, stirring constantly, until, when spearing a piece of fish with a fork, it splits easily (about 9 minutes)
Add the white beans and mix
Check the salt and adjust if necessary
Serve immediately
