Season the tuna pieces and brush both sides with olive oil
Heat a grill or skillet and cook the tuna in batches, turning halfway through
Cook until done on both sides
Check for doneness by separating a piece with a fork
If it's not cooked, separate another piece
Meanwhile, prepare the tomato sauce: sauté the garlic in olive oil until golden brown
Add the chopped tomatoes, water, lemon juice, and paprika, stirring well to combine
Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes over low heat
Season with salt
Place the tuna on a platter and drizzle with the tomato sauce
Serve hot.
