1 egg beaten
Half cup of olive oil
1 large onion sliced into thin rings
2 cloves of garlic minced
6 green olives pitted
4 heads of American broccoli cooked
1 large potato cooked in wedges

Finely bread the cod with egg and breadcrumbs
Fry in a pan with olive oil until golden brown
Saute the garlic, onion, and olives and place on top of the cod
Put the broccoli and potatoes in the oven in the pan with the remaining olive oil
Let it simmer and remove
Serve as a side dish.
