5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

1 pinch of nutmeg

Grind the beef through a fine grinder
Cook the potatoes until they're not too mushy
Peel and grate half of the potatoes
Cut the other half of the potatoes into 5 cm cubes
Separate the cabbage leaves for use and chop the inner leaves into thin strips
Chop the carrot and onion coarsely
Mix all ingredients together
If the mixture is too dense, add a little more breadcrumbs
Check seasoning
Prepare as explained in the recipe for cabbage rolls
Let it rest for 4 hours.
