2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
1/2 tablespoon of thyme leaves
1 tablespoon of rosemary leaves
1 tablespoon of savory leaves
4 pieces (600g) of fish fillets, peeled and cut into quarters
Salt to taste

Season the fish with salt and set aside
In a small bowl, mix together the parsley, thyme, rosemary, oregano, and savory
Cover the top of each fish piece with the herb mixture and press firmly
Heat a large skillet over low heat
Arrange the fish pieces in the skillet with the herb side facing down and fry until a crust forms
Flip the fish and fry for another 5 minutes on each side until golden brown
Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
