In a saucepan, combine the sugar, coconut milk, and water
Mix well until the sugar dissolves
Bring to a boil over medium heat
When it reaches the desired consistency, remove from heat
Pour onto a smooth surface greased with butter or margarine
Let cool slightly to make it possible to work with your hands
Form into balls and twist quickly to create shiny and bubbly texture
Cut into pieces of approximately 0.5 cm, and coat with desiccated coconut
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 4 hours, until the popsicle is white and soft
Yield: approximately 150 popsicles of 0.5 cm.
