The banana should be well ripe, with the skin starting to form brown spots
If it's not yet ripe, mash it gently with a fork
Place the banana in a copper pan
Add the acacia honey and bring to low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon for approximately 40 minutes
When possible to see the bottom of the pan, it's time to add the margarine and grated chocolate
Stir for another 5 minutes
Don't serve warm, as it may cause stomach upset
You can store the sweet treat in a ceramic container for up to 1 month.
