1 cup of raw quirera
5 cups of water
1/2 cup of sugar
3 fried banana slices from the land
sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle

sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle
Cook the quirera in water until it becomes soft (approximately 30 minutes)
Remove from heat and strain well through a fine-mesh sieve
Add the sugar and mix well
Place a layer of quirera in a 20x30 cm refractory form
Top with banana slices and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
Cover with the remaining cooked quirera
Sprinkle again with sugar and cinnamon
Let it cool or serve warm
