Preheat the oven to 425°F (hot)
In a bowl, combine the raisins and rum. Reserve
Slice the bananas into thick rounds
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the bananas for 3 minutes
Cover them with sugar and cinnamon
Crush the biscuits and mix with the bananas
Add the drained raisins. Reserve
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar each time and a few drops of lime juice
Beat well until it turns into a shiny meringue
Place the banana mixture with the biscuits in a dish that can go into the oven
Place tufts of meringue or use a pastry bag
Put it in the hot oven (425°F), preheated, to brown the meringue
Serve in 3 parts.
