6 large eggs (whites and yolks separated)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium)
Grease a baking dish of 30 cm x 45 cm with butter, line with parchment paper and grease it as well
Dust with sugar and reserve
In a stand mixer, beat the whites until stiff peaks form
Add the yolks and beat for about 5 minutes, to double in volume
Add the remaining ingredients and mix
Pour into the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, until firm
Unmold onto a clean cloth and remove parchment paper
With the help of the cloth, roll the mass on the shorter side
Carefully place the cream puffs in a serving dish
Let cool, cut into slices and serve at room temperature.
