1 ripe banana
1 cup (scoop) of culinary adhesive
5 drops of lemon juice

Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces
Place them in a medium-sized non-stick pan
Reduce heat to low and stir until the chunks start to melt
Add the lemon juice
Stir constantly to prevent sticking at the bottom of the pan
When the mixture is well darkened (around 2 hours on low heat), add the adhesive, stir some more and turn off the heat.
