Prepare the dough and line 52 barquette molds with it
Bake until completely cooled
Fill half of the barquettes with pomegranate gelée (1 tablespoon per each) and garnish with orange zest strips
Fill the rest with grape gelée (1 tablespoon for each barquette) and decorate with 1/2 of a cherry, cut in half
Assemble 52 barquettes.
