1/4 cup of wheat germ (or wheat bran)
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of active dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
1/4 cup of low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon of orange zest
1 cup of orange juice
1 1/2 cups of dried apricots, macadamia nuts, and figs

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl
Batter the egg and add honey, orange zest, orange juice, yogurt, and almond meal homogenized
Combine everything in a baking dish and add the dried apricots, macadamia nuts, and figs
Place the mixture into a loaf pan cut into bars and bake at 300°F for approximately 35 minutes.
