1 strip of lime peel

Soak the tapioca in the milk for 1 hour
Heat it up with the sugar and lime peel over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens
Beat the egg yolks slightly
Add them to the tapioca mixture, whisking well
Cook, stirring continuously, until the desired consistency is reached
Pour into individual cups or molds and serve chilled, garnished with small pieces of lime peel.
