4 large sweet potatoes (850 g)
1 cup of creamy cremeux cheese (250 g)
Sweet and salty paprika to taste

Boil the sweet potato in plenty of salted water until it's tender
Drain and remove the skin
Place it in a bowl and mash it coarsely
Add the cremeux cheese and salt
Mix well and sprinkle with paprika
Serve immediately
