Cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil leaving a small opening
Microwave on high for about 20 minutes or until well-cooked
Dissolve the flour in the remaining milk. Reserve
Blend the cooked chard, the liquid from the microwave dish, the dissolved flour, and the remaining ingredients in a blender
Transfer to the same microwave-safe dish, cover, and microwave on high for an additional 5 minutes or until slightly thickened
