1 Season the potatoes with salt and sauté them in a semi-tight pan with one cup of water
When boiling, let it simmer for five more minutes or until the potatoes are soft and most of the water has evaporated
2 Add the heavy cream, lemon juice, and grated nutmeg
Mix well
Serve with chicken and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
