3 cups of hot green vagem

Combine the mustard, flour, and salt in a warm water bath
Add the egg yolks; beat well
Gradually add the hot milk; cook until thickened and stir in the lemon juice
Pour the mustard sauce over the hot vagem
Serve six portions.
