4 sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of butter
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of "Sherry"

Cook the sweet potatoes until they're tender, peel and mash them
Add the remaining ingredients and whip until foamy
Place in a greased mold and bake at moderate heat for 15 minutes or until golden brown
Serves 4 people
If desired, add chopped nuts.
