Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium)
Grease a medium-sized baking dish with oil and arrange the sweet potatoes on it
Set aside
In a small bowl, mix well honey, oil, lemon juice, and nutmeg
Spread over the sweet potatoes and put in the preheated oven
Bake, basting occasionally for about 30 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender
Remove from the oven, cut into smaller pieces, and serve immediately
