1 chicken cut into pieces
1 kg of okra cleaned
4 tablespoons of sauce
1 large onion diced
2 cloves of garlic mashed
2 sprigs of rosemary
4 tomatoes peeled and chopped seeds removed
4 tablespoons of parsley
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper sauce

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté for some minutes the seasonings with the chicken pieces
Add 1 cup of water and simmer over low heat until tender
Slice the okra into rounds and fry in a pan with plenty hot oil
Drain
Serve the chicken with the okra on top
