Clean the chicken and cut it into pieces (approximately eight pieces)
Beat the egg with the salt and pepper
Dip the chicken pieces in the egg, then coat them well with the pancake flour
Heat a lot of oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces for about 10 minutes
Let it drip on paper towels and let it cool down
