Makes layers alternating between sweet potatoes and grated cheddar cheese
Pour the milk mixed with heavy cream over the top
Put in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the milk has evaporated and the surface is golden
Cuts into 4 portions.
