1 recipe for tart dough

2 tablespoons of flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 lightly beaten eggs

1 cup of cream
freshly grated black pepper

Roll out the tart dough to a minimum thickness and grease with butter
Arrange the edges of the tart
Mix the cheese well with the flour and place at the bottom of the tart
Separate the onion slices into rings and arrange them on top of the cheese
Beat the eggs lightly
Mix the cream, milk, curry powder, nutmeg, pepper sauce, salt, and black pepper
Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and onion rings
Bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes
