2 cups of peanut crumbs
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion

2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs with water and salt crushed
1 teaspoon of finely chopped chili
to taste paprika
nutmeg to taste
ginger to taste

Let the peanut crumbs soak in the water for a few minutes, then strain them very well. Reserve
Heat the butter or margarine in a pan
Add the onion and let it lightly brown
Join the strained peanut, salt, and mix until the dough is dry and has absorbed the fat
Let it cool
Add the eggs, crushed breadcrumbs, chili flakes, paprika, nutmeg, and ginger to taste
Mix very well and form balls with this dough
Cook in boiling water or beef broth for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked
Dish into 4 portions.
