In a bowl, mix the butter with the sweet pepper paste and add enough hot pepper to achieve a pleasant flavor
Season with salt to taste
Place over aluminum foil and, using the foil, roll into cylinders approximately 3 cm in diameter
Seal the aluminum foil well and refrigerate
(This paste can be served with crackers or savory biscuits.) Shelf life: one week.
