In another dish, microwave the butter for 30 seconds
Add the garlic and chicken and return to the microwave for 6 minutes
Mix everything halfway through
Season with salt and lime zest. Reserve
Mix the ricotta cheese with lime juice until thickened
Add it to the chicken, parsley, and mix one more time
Fill the sweet potatoes and serve.
