12 large sweet potatoes (2.7 kg)
1 cup of yogurt (200 g)
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (120 g)

Preheat the oven to 250°C (very hot)
Wash the sweet potatoes with their skins and dry them well
Place them in a large baking dish and put them in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until they're soft
Don't turn off the oven
Let them cool slightly, cut each sweet potato into a slice (a lid) and remove the pulp with a spoon, without damaging the skin
Reserve the pulp and skins separately
Mix well the pulp of the sweet potatoes with yogurt and grated cheese using a fork
Taste and season with salt
Stuff the sweet potatoes with the obtained mass, using a large pastry bag or a spoon, and dust with kummel pepper
Put the baking dish back in the oven for another 15 minutes
Serve warm
