In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in 1/2 cup of milk
Cover with a cloth and let it rest until it forms a sponge
Add the remaining milk, butter, sugar, and salt and mix well
Gradually add the flour to form a homogeneous dough
Knead for five minutes and let it rest covered with a cloth for 30 minutes
Use the dough as desired.
