Wash the potatoes and cook them with their skins on
Peel the potatoes
For the sauce: melt the butter or margarine, add the parsley, red pepper, and lemon juice
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Add the grated cheese
Stir until the cheese melts
Pour the sauce over the potatoes
Serve 4 ways.
