100g of semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a bowl, sift the almonds
Add the chestnuts, wheat flour, and butter
Mix until well combined
Knead the mixture with your hands to form a crumbly texture
Add the egg yolk and mix with your fingertips until a smooth dough forms
Shape into balls about 2cm in diameter and place on a greased baking sheet
Bake in a medium oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden brown
Remove from the oven and let cool
Melt the chocolate chips over low heat
Remove from heat and let cool slightly
Dip the tips of a fork into the melted chocolate and let it drizzle onto the cookies, forming lines
Let set and serve with coffee or afternoon tea.
