Step 1: Sift the puba dough and gradually add the coconut, mixing lightly with your hands
Season with salt
Step 2: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat
Sift 1/4 cup of the dough to cover the bottom and let it firm up
Flip the bread to warm the other side (do not let it brown)
Remove from the heat and reserve
Repeat the process with the remaining dough
Do not fold, serve the coconut bread.
