2 fine beef cutlets, each 50g
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 slice of cooked prosciutto
1 thin slice of cheddar cheese
1/2 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of milk
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Season the beef cutlets to taste
Place prosciutto and cheese on one of them
Cover with the other cutlet
Dredge the beef cutlet in flour, then milk, and finally paprika (you can also use 1 tablespoon of croissant flour)
Fry the cutlets with a toothpick and hot oil in a non-stick skillet, until golden brown on both sides
Serve with lime-juice seasoned lettuce salad, artificial sweetener.
