4 mignon beef fillets
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
1 jar of red pepper in brine
1 can of green corn
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste

Before frying the steaks, brush with oil and sprinkle with sweet paprika
Fry in hot oil
Drain well the red pepper in brine and the green corn
Melt the butter or margarine
Moisten the red pepper and green corn
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Serve over the steaks.
