Combine the olive oil, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender
Blend well for 1 minute
Next, place the beef steaks on a flat surface and pour the marinade over them
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, flipping the meat occasionally
Fry the steaks in butter or margarine until cooked to your liking
Serve with lemon slices
