2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 small onion (1/4 cup) finely chopped
1 clove of garlic well minced
1/2 cup of ketchup
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of English Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
1/2 tablet of chicken broth
8 pieces of chicken breast (650g)

Preheat a baking dish, melt the butter or margarine in the microwave at high power for 30 seconds
Add the onion and garlic, place it back in the microwave at high power for 2 minutes or until the onion is tender
Add the remaining ingredients except chicken, cover with aluminum foil and return to the microwave at high power for 3 minutes, until it's hot and bubbly
Place the chicken pieces in a flat baking dish
Pour the sauce over them
Cover again with aluminum foil and bake at high heat for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through
Let it rest for 5 minutes.
