Chop the onions and tomatoes into fine slices and reserve
Mash the garlic and mix in salt to form a paste
Season the steaks with garlic and sprinkle with black pepper
In a press pan, add the olive oil
Spread half of the onion and tomato slices over the meat and cover with steaks
Make another layer of onions and tomatoes on top of the meat and drizzle with vinegar
Sprinkle with oregano, parsley, and close the pan
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes after pressure is applied
Turn off the heat and let it finish applying pressure
Open the pan and check if
the meat is tender
If it still needs more cooking, add a little hot water and cook on low with the lid off until the sauce forms
Serve with white rice and palmito.
