Heat the skillet and melt the butter
Place the meat and fry without stirring or pressing on the skillet until it starts to brown and bleed slightly

Flip the steak and let it cook for a few more minutes until it's cooked to your liking
You'll notice that it will stop bleeding and become flat again
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and serve immediately.
