Mix well the beef, pork, salt, pepper, and chopped onion
Shape the meat into patties with your hands
Wait for a moment
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet and cook the patties on both sides until browned
Reserve the patties, keeping them warm and in the same skillet
Add the onions and Worcestershire sauce
Fry the onions until they're nicely golden and serve immediately.
