Soak the beans for one day and one night
Cook the beans together with the smoked pork belly
Simmer until the beans are almost tender
Add the chopped onion
Simmer until everything is tender
Season to taste with flour and pepper
Once the meat is cooked, cut it into slices
Arrange the beans in a refractory dish
Cover with the meat slices
Sprinkle with chicken broth
Place in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
