Blend the onion, tomato, green pepper, chives, cilantro, parsley, and garlic in a blender
Set aside

Clean the blender and blend the cashews, peanuts, and dried shrimp
Set aside

Bring to a boil in a large pot, the water or chicken broth, half cup of denḋ oil, and okra
When it's boiling, add the onion mixture and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally

Add the vinegar, shrimp creme, olive oil, and remaining denḋ oil
Stir well
Reduce heat and simmer for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
If desired, add more water, salt, and cayenne pepper.
