Dust the work surface with flour
Sprinkle with baking powder
Add the soft butter and vanilla, and mix quickly until a dough forms
Add the cold water and mix well
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Roll out the dough and cut into comet shapes
Bake in a preheated oven (375°F) for 15 minutes or until lightly golden
