Mix the flour with the yeast
Beat the butter with the sugar in a bowl until smooth, then add the egg and vanilla extract
Gradually add the flour and yeast to obtain a smooth mixture
Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface and cut into shapes of your choice (such as bunnies, eggs, or other desired forms)
Place the cookies in an ungreased baking sheet
Bake in a hot oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown
