Cream together the butter, oats, cinnamon, and eggs until smooth
Add the baking powder and flour
Place the dough in a pastry bag and pipe onto an unbuttered cookie sheet
Bake at 180C for a moderate temperature
Once golden brown, mix in the instant coffee and rum
Poke with a fork and drizzle over the cookies.
