Place the peanuts with skins in a blender and blend rapidly until smooth, but not too fine
Transfer to a bowl and add the eggs one at a time
Mix well after each addition, then incorporate the baking powder, sugar, and mix until the dough is very homogeneous
With floured hands, shape the cookies and place them on a greased baking sheet
