Mix together the flour, sugar, cornstarch, coffee, and salt
Set aside. Reserve
Melt the butter with the vanilla extract until smooth
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the melted butter, mixing well
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour
Scoop the dough onto a non-stick baking sheet without greasing, leaving about 4 cm between each biscuit
Dip each biscuit into flour and coat
Bake in a moderate oven (150°C) for 20 to 25 minutes
Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the baking sheets.
