2 cups of wheat flour

Topping
1/4 cup of margarine, softened
3 tablespoons of hot water
2 cups of confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons of melted chocolate
2 tablespoons of hot water
Chopped dark chocolate for dusting

Line a prepared cake pan with parchment paper and butter the paper. Reserve
Mixture: sift together flour, chocolate, and baking powder in a bowl
Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract
Gradually add unsalted butter and mix well
Repeat the process with orange juice and whip until thick and creamy
Pour batter into prepared cake pan
Bake at medium heat until a toothpick comes out clean
Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan
Remove parchment paper, and once cooled, cut cake in half
Spread whipped cream on one half and cover with the other. Reserve
Make topping: melt margarine over low heat
Add confectioner's sugar and mix until smooth
Add melted chocolate and whip vigorously until shiny
Add more hot water if needed
Pour into a bowl and let cool until firm enough to spread with a spatula
Cover cake with half of the topping and use the rest in a piping bag
Decorate with small orange slices on top and dust with chopped dark chocolate
