1 cup all-purpose flour

Sift together the flour, sugar, cornstarch, coffee grounds, and salt
Set aside. Reserve
Mix the butter with the vanilla extract until smooth
Gradually add the sifted ingredients to the mixture, mixing well
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Scoop the dough into spoonfuls (about 2 tablespoons each) onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving about 4 cm of space between each cracker
Dip each cracker into flour and shake off excess
Bake in a moderate oven preheated to 150°C for 20-25 minutes
Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the baking sheets.
