In a stand mixer, cream the butter and confectioner's sugar until smooth
Add the egg yolks, lightly beaten eggs, and milk
Beat well and stir in the grated coconut
Mix delicately and add the yeast
Gradually add the flour, peneirated, and knead by hand until a dough forms that can be rolled out
Form balls with the dough and roll them in confectioner's sugar
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at a low temperature until the bottoms start to brown
Remove from the oven and let cool before unforming.
