Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl
Add eggs and beat until frothy
Add 1 cup of chopped nuts or hazelnuts
Sift together flour and baking soda
Alternate adding buttermilk or sour cream and the flour mixture to the butter mixture
Place half the dough on a greased baking sheet
Leave a 5 cm space between each cookie
Mix in the melted chocolate with the remaining dough
Mix well
Place the dough by the side of the white dough, then after baking, it will form two-colored cookies
Dust the cookies with the remaining nuts
Bake at moderate temperature (170°C) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from the baking sheet and let cool.
